A rare Queen Anne floor of wide antique oak floorboards,
early eighteenth century, removed from adjoined Hampshire cottages, built c.1702,
23sqm in total: variable widths and board lengths, but most widths over 22cm, going up to 29cm; most boards around, or in excess of 3m. A small amount of short boards, and a few boards under 20cm in width. Fixable split ends, small holes, dishing, open knots, and shakes all counted in the overall meterage,
