    Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc was at the Thame Food Festival on Saturday along with LASSCO!

    Thousands flocked to Thame town centre to celebrate everything that is right with food. Over 70 exhibitors, including LASSCO Coffee Shop (pictured above with chef Sam, his mountains of chocolate brownies and the Thame Town Crier - who didn't have to shout about the brownies as all who tasted them ended up buying some!). There were events, workshops and celebrity chef cookery demos.

    Salvaged plaques from Brixton Market

    These vibrant plaques have been salvaged from the equally vibrant and diverse Brixton Market which since 1870 has been considered  ‘ The Larder of Lambeth’.   The plaques have made their short journey over to  Brunswick House in Vauxhall where investigation into their authorship continues.
