As laid out in the photographs the area covered is 5.65 x 3.78 m = 21.36m
1 long board measures 420 x 34cm
12 boards measure 335 x (24-34)cm
7 boards measure 268 x (24-34)cm
6 other short boards (3 of these evidently match-boarding)
Total: 26 boards Coverage about 20sq m allowing for losses.
Commensurate with old elm floorboards: various cuts and losses, old woodworm damage, one board entirely split, others with splits abrasions and warps, some still pierced with handcut nails, others with remains of old paint.
