The Walter Bodmer Building was part of the inter-collegiate Science department and was found behind the Pitt Rivers Museum in Central Oxford. A significant re-building programme around 2005-6 saw its demolition. The tower was salvaged and has resided in Cambridge since – LASSCO has brought it home to Oxford.

It is of robust construction but would benefit from being re-tiled with wooden shingles – the arcaded lower section is also subject to weathering.
