A Victorian copper and wrought iron weathervane
c.1890, matched elements,
the pennant vane modelled in copper, the indices mounted on a round-section knopped standard and supported with scrollwork and leafy clasps,

The vane was discovered in an out-building at Charlton Park House in Wiltshire – matching those atop the turrets of the main house – the ironwork was sourced elsewhere – they work well together.
