Victorian, dated 1859, and bearing the initials "WP",
the cuboid top cut with a dial to the top and southerly face, each with a pierced iron gnomen, shaped recesses to the East and West and the monogramme and date cut in relief to the North, with a moulded collar and mounted on a (later) tapered sandstone pedestal,
