French nineteenth century statuary marble fireplace with cast iron insert,
the frieze centred by laurel leaf garland hung between two foliate bosses, with fielded panels to either side and corner-blocks with conforming bosses, the volute panelled jambs with carved trailing laurel leaves, the (original) iron insert centred by classical urn surround by scrolling acanthus.
