An English copper, bronze and wrought-iron log-bin,
the tapered copper with iron banded rim, raised on four brass cabriole legs with acanthus detail,

This log-bin could well have been re-purposed from a more utilitarian vat. The up-grade looks to be forge-made iron-work and of some age. The three lion-paw feet, riveted into a strengthened base and the coopered rim with nicely engineered ring handles (one sadly lacking) looks to incorporate parts sourced from something else – using fire-welds, rivets and a degree of flair.
