Jacobean in format, and much of it possibly in age, much of the carved elements likely Victorian; removed from a Buckinghamshire farmhouse,
in four principle sections, each a large panel of repeating moulded recessed rectangular panels - either 16 or 20 rectangles on each large section, topped by a running frieze carved in relief with grotesque beasts, fruiting apple branches, a Green Man and wyverns, one panel bears an incised date of 1686 (probably a later embellishment) and all surmounted with a dentil cornice. Comes with three single doors which measure (LtoR as pictured) 190cm h x 88cm w, 188cm h x 75cm w, 191cm h x 87cm w - two blind to the reverse, the other with raised and fielded panels. Also included: further pilasters, frieze carvings and spare panels.
