Recently commissioned by a well known Wapping connoisseur and made at our Bermondsey workshop this dining table has been constructed from Burmese Teak Wood Block Parquet salvaged from the old ceramics room in the Victoria & Albert Museum.
The dread word ‘up-cycled’ suggests a modish trend but LASSCO and it predecessor firm, Geo. Amos & Sons have been recycling timber into furniture for nearly 100 years.
“An outstanding piece of furniture and craftsmanship – it will be part of our home for many years to come and a fitting salvage of V&A history” – LASSCO Customer
