LASSCO Chef gets glowing Full Page Review in The Oxford Times!

Claire does it again! This time she has clearly wowed Helen Peacocke of The Oxford Times who dedicates an entire page of this week's Food section to the LASSCO Coffee Shop at The Three Pigeons. "I ordered the slow roast pork sandwich served with sage and onion stuffing and oodles of freshly cooked apple sauce. It was one of the best sandwiches I have had for a long time", enthuses Helen. She describes how Claire came to LASSCO … "She loved being part of Raymond Blancs's enthusiastic team in the pastry kitchen but now she has found a dream job that provides her with her own kitchen set amid the most remarkable furnishings imaginable."
