Monsieur Rushton has finished "LASSCO Plage" at The Three Pigeons in time for Bastille Day (today) ahead of this year's Paris Plage on the Seine! He shipped in some sand especially for our customers in land-locked Oxfordshire to lie back and imagine they are on the Cote d'Azur (please bring your own Speedos/bikini/towel). Feel free to bring a bottle of Bordeaux (corkage will be charged).
LASSCO Plage is on the site of The Milton Common gibbet. This excited Monsieur Rushton enormously … we had to prevent him erecting a Guillotine on Health and Safety grounds.
Malheureusement, the beach is littered with nautical ironwork – a huge anchor from the London Docks, a bronze propellor, balances from The Port of London. Monsieur Rushton would be glad for a buyer to come along for these (see website) … more room for deck chairs!
Salut!!
