History
The quintessential Georgian overdoor fanlight is something that these days is rare to come to the market. It was a clever to solution to the conundrum of how to get light into the hallway of the cheek-by-jowel Georgian terrace house. The habit of adopting different patterns within the same terrace is thought to have enabled differentiation in an age before street numbering had been invented.
