The Inscription reads: DEXTERA DEI EXALTAVIT ME EXTRA DEI FECIT SALUTEM. (THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD HAS EXALTED ME, AND OUT OF GOD HE HAS PROVIDED HIS SALVATION).
