History

These large pots are made to withstand the beating that municipal park furniture receives - not just from the seaside visitors but the North sea gales in the off season. We're not sure they came from the pier itself - as was mooted - both piers are very exposed and we suspect nothing would grow there. We think they may have been positioned somewhere on the Seaside Esplanade or in the Park.
