We are delighted to announce the launch of LASSCO Bar & Dining, in our Ropewalk warehouse on Maltby Street.
Chef James Knox Boothman and Bar manager Jerome Slesinski have created a seasonal, ingredient led food and drinks menu. The drinks compliment the food, with carefully created cocktails, craft beers and natural wines. Or you can simply enjoy the atmosphere in our salvaged bar whiling away the hours with friends.
The pair met in 2009 at the Royal Oak pub, on Columbia Road in East London, where Jerome was managing the bar and James was cooking. They have worked together a number of times over the years, including the well-received Coal Vaults in Soho.
Jerome and James’ ethos is to create an atmosphere that is relaxed and fun with the emphasis on the quality of their ingredients. The approach they have is one of collaboration, and being inspired by each other. Little bits of luxury – ingredient led drinks, and cooking with booze!
LASSCO bar & dining room is open Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm – 10pm, and Sunday 11am – 5pm, a prix-fixe food menu is available in the evenings, two courses £25 and three courses £30.
