A salad of early spring vegetables including roasted beets and Clarence Court eggs followed by 7 hour lamb shoulder, polished off with a mess of meringue, rhubarb & ginger £40 per head
or
A starter of Cornish crab salad, a main of roast sirloin of aged Longhorn beef and a dessert fit for royalty: gooseberry & elderflower Queen of puddings £55 per head
