Maltby Street Festive After Dark Markets

London’s Gourmet street-food market, Maltby Street, opens its gates for one of London’s most festive night time experiences.

 

Open 5pm – 9.30pm every Friday

Nov 22nd – Dec 20th

 

 

As the nights draw in and the festive season approaches, Maltby Street Market warmly invites you to Ropewalk for its annual series of festive after dark markets.

Commencing on the 22nd November, and then each Friday in the run up to Christmas, we celebrate the seasonal urge to feast with gastronomic delights and winter flavours, under the arches, our exquisite Dickensian setting, festooned beneath twinkling lights.

 

 

From 5pm each Friday a select number of Maltby Market’s finest traders (Waffle On, Humble Crumble, and The Beefsteaks to list a few), will each offer an exclusive menu exploring the tastes of Christmas, from near and far, to entice and excite your taste buds.

As well as this, there will be the opportunity to do a spot of Christmas shopping at modern salvage emporium LASSCO. Peruse their new range of lifestyle concessions, which include Labour and Wait, Forest and Mahala. There’s a multitude of perfect sized stocking stuffers!

 

 

Prepare to cosy down in one of the our bars –Vermouth 49, London’s only Bodega Tozino and Little Bird Gin.

All this, of course, will be accompanied by the magical sounds of carollers carolling from local primary schools, live wreath making demonstrations along with responsibly sourced Christmas trees to take home and adorn. And, typically, the smell of hot mulled wine wafting through the crisp night air.
